Who is Rossi?
Dr. Enrique Rossi Diagnostic Center (CDR) was founded by Dr. Enrique Martín Rossi in 1980. Since then, ROSSI has been a direct protagonist of the evolution of diagnostic imaging in Argentina.
It opened its doors as a small office located at Laprida 1509, which was soon extended to the building at 2777-2751 Arenales St., today known as SEDE BARRIO NORTE (NORTHERN NEIGHBORHOOD HEADQUARTERS). In the following years, two new offices were inaugurated which were extremely relevant for the development of the ROSSI Center: ABASTO HEADQUARTERS, in 1996; and MICROCENTRO HEADQUARTERS, in 1999. The first one is located at 117 Sanchez de Loria St. (High complexity imaging, laboratory plant (2015) and medical and kinesiology offices. The second one is located at 544 Corrientes Street, where medical offices and kinesiology are currently operating.
The Challenge

We carried out the survey of appointment booking processes and agenda control, we innovated by implementing the WhatsApp channel, so that all patients have the facility to make a medical appointment and deliver their study order via multimedia.
